Sonnet BOOM! is a citywide poetry contest that celebrates city-based belonging, identity, resilience, and hope through the power of personal expression.

Residents of all ages are invited to write poems inspired by the cities they call home – the neighborhoods they grew up in, the people who shaped them, the memories they carry, and the future they imagine.
